Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and TH88 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). TH88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) TH88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. TH88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your TH88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TH88 username and password. You agree to notify TH88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. TH88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). TH88 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as TH88 may reasonably request for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.3 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. TH88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your TH88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the TH88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). TH88 does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions processed in PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. TH88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. TH88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on TH88 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. TH88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For fraud prevention purposes, TH88 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. TH88 reserves the right to apply this policy at its sole discretion.
4.6 Declined Transactions. TH88 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or losses incurred as a result of a declined or failed transaction by your bank or payment provider. If you experience issues with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact TH88 customer support.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. TH88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. TH88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. TH88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. TH88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit the wagering requirement, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear bonus requirements. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. TH88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. TH88 also reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a promotion at its sole discretion.
6.1 Game Availability. The games available on the TH88 Platform are subject to change at any time. TH88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, TH88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. TH88 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. TH88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded or where TH88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the TH88 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without notice.
7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the TH88 Platform:
7.2 TH88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Where a violation is confirmed, TH88 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the offending account, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
8.1 All content on the TH88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of TH88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of TH88's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TH88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 TH88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your TH88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 TH88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude TH88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Termination by TH88. TH88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if TH88 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and TH88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
